Blog Topic Idea: Home Insurance & Meth Labs

No, I'm not talking about whether home insurance covers a meth lab in the basement. This family unknowingly purchased a home that used to be a meth lab. Neither the real estate agent nor Fannie Mae disclosed this to the buyers.  Now the cost of the repairs is more than what they paid for the home. Is there insurance for this? What about the home warranty (if there was one)?
